This event was held at Univesity Utara Malaysia, Sintok, Kedah on 19th July 2009 and the actual distance covers approximately 55 Km but unfortunately over night rains causes to cut short the trail to 39 Km. Even the trail was cut short it was a challenging route where you have to cross a few streams, gruesome uphill, scarely down hill and espeacially the scorching sun above you.
For this mountain biking is just one and half month old for our group and we only ride twice a week and we actually not train for any event. Our group managed to come out two person to participate the event that is me (637) and Or Hooi (780).

Any how I managed to completed the trail by 3hours 42minutes and placing can't be check. For Or Hooi completed in 2hours 45minutes. The ride is not the competition is the spirit and the enviroment of participation where you can meet alot of riders from other state. Most of all the test of strenght to complete the race and time taken to complete the race.
