After having a good rest everybody rode down from the top (take half an hour) and headed to Bedong Chuan Heong Restaurant for dinner. Everybody was very humorous and talking out their own difficulties going up to the top. Special thank to Aluminium Ah Keong who have to spared some time to send nasi lemak and distributed 100 plus along the way until to the top.

Kedah Jamboree (01/08/2009)

This was my second event which was held at Tasik Jitra, Darulaman, Kedah. This trail is more exciting and challenging than UUM, where the trail is more mountainous at the begining and also at the ending. The whole trail covers plus minus 43 kilometers which have 4 refreshment station alot of drinking water and many many 100 plus......... At station 3 (CP3) also serve fruits banana and rambutan.............
